The course was "Cart Path Only" but I don't think they actually looked at it. It would have been fine for golf carts at 90 degrees. There were small puddles in the rough but that was it! Even #4 fairway was in good shape.

Denny will be putting out an email. The Bay Palms app announced the base has gone to HP Con Bravo. Masks 100% indoors for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated and non-vaccinated must where there mask outdoors also. Stricter rules than before but this is a serious matter! As mentioned, Denny will put out the guidelines for the league on carts, flag sticks, bunker rakes and etc.
